Getting 5 answers right in a row gives you 1 Energy back. When your Energy runs out, you can wait until it refills, top it up with ticks, or get Pro.
Pro. Pro gives you unlimited simulations and unlimited Energy, so you can keep playing without waiting.
We keep improving Wickfy. We may add, change or remove lessons and features. If we make a change that takes away something important you pay for, we will tell you first and you can cancel and get a refund for the time you have not used.
6. Prices
| Plan | Price | How often you pay |
|---|---|---|
| Pro monthly | £14.99 | Every month |
| Pro yearly | £104.99 | Every year |

7. Free trial
The yearly plan comes with a 1 week free trial. The monthly plan has no free trial.
- Your trial lasts 7 days from when you start it.
- If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your yearly plan starts and you pay £104.99 on the date shown at checkout and in your Account.
- We email you 2 days before your trial ends (on day 5), so you have time to decide.
- If you cancel during the trial, you pay nothing.
- You can only have one free trial per person.
8. Renewal
Pro renews automatically until you cancel.
- The monthly plan renews every month at £14.99.
- The yearly plan renews every year at £104.99.
We take payment on the renewal date, using the payment method you gave us.
We will remind you before charges:
- Yearly plan: we email you 7 days before each yearly renewal.
- Monthly plan: we email you a receipt after every payment, and about every 6 months we email you a summary that reminds you your plan is still running.
9. Cancelling
You can cancel at any time. Cancelling is as easy as signing up.
If you bought Pro on the web. Go to Account, then tap Manage subscription, then Cancel. This opens a secure page run by Stripe, our payment provider. You do not have to fill in a survey. We email you within 24 hours to confirm the cancellation and the date Pro ends. You can also cancel by emailing us at hello@wickfy.com. Any clear message saying you want to cancel will do.
If you bought Pro in the iPhone app. Apple handles your payment. Cancel in your iPhone Settings, then your name, then Subscriptions. We cannot cancel an Apple subscription for you.
If you bought Pro in the Android app. Google handles your payment. Cancel in the Google Play app, under Payments and subscriptions, then Subscriptions.
If you email us about a store subscription, we will reply and show you where to cancel.
When you cancel, Pro keeps working until the end of the period you have paid for. Then your account moves to the free plan. Your progress stays saved.
10. Your 14 day right to cancel
UK and EU law gives you 14 days to change your mind after you buy Pro. This is called your right to cancel. It starts on the day you sign up for Pro (or start your free trial).
Starting Pro straight away. Pro is digital content. Normally we would have to wait 14 days before giving you access. Most people want to start now. So at checkout we ask you to tick a box that says:
"I want Pro access now and understand I lose my 14 day right to cancel once access starts."
The box is not ticked for you. If you tick it, you get Pro straight away and you lose your 14 day right to cancel once your access starts. We confirm this in the email we send after you buy.
If you do not tick the box, or if we fail to send you that confirmation email, you can still cancel within 14 days and you will not pay for the Pro access you used.
lawyer to confirm how the start now consent works with the yearly free trial, since nothing is paid during the trial
EU customers. If you live in the EU, you will see a "Withdraw from contract here" button in Account during your 14 days. Tap it, then confirm. We email you the date and time we got your request.
How to cancel within the 14 days. Use the Cancel or Withdraw button in Account, email us at hello@wickfy.com, or send us the model cancellation form at the end of these terms. You do not have to use the form.
11. Refunds
During the free trial. You pay nothing, so there is nothing to refund.
Within 14 days, if your right to cancel still applies. We refund you in full within 14 days of you telling us, to the payment method you used.
From 1 January 2027 (UK). New UK subscription rules are due to start on 1 January 2027. lawyer to confirm the rules are approved and the start date For plans you take out on or after that date:
- After your free trial turns into a paid yearly plan, you get a new 14 day window to cancel.
- After each yearly renewal, you get a new 14 day window to cancel.
- If you cancel in one of these windows, we refund the part you have not used. You only pay for the days you had Pro. On the yearly plan that is about 29p a day. For example, if you cancel 4 days after a £104.99 charge, you pay about £1.15 and we refund the rest.
- We pay the refund within 14 days, to the payment method you used.
Something wrong with Wickfy. If Pro does not work as described, or is not of satisfactory quality, you have legal rights to a repair, a replacement or some or all of your money back. These terms do not take those rights away.
App store purchases. Apple and Google handle refunds for purchases made through them, under their own rules. Ask Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com or ask Google through Google Play.
Outside the cases above, we do not usually refund part of a month or year after you cancel. Your Pro access runs to the end of the period you paid for.
12. Price changes
We may change our prices. If we do:
- we tell you by email at least 14 days before the new price applies to you;
- the new price only applies from your next renewal after that notice;
- you can cancel before it applies and you will not pay the new price.
13. Paying through Apple or Google
If you buy Pro in the iPhone or Android app, Apple or Google sells it to you and takes the payment. Their terms cover billing, cancelling and refunds for that purchase. These terms still cover how you use Wickfy. If you buy on the web, we take payment through our payment provider, Stripe.
